Warranty Policy
Ashes with Art is proud to provide a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects on our entire range of jewelry products — excluding chains, clasps, earring backs, and cuff link arms which carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
All products in our glass artwork collection have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience an issue, please contact us, and we will advise you on the next steps and how to send your jewelry to us. Our customer care team and a qualified jeweler will then evaluate the issue. If we find a manufacturing defect in your item, it will be repaired or remade free of charge. If no manufacturing fault is found, or the issue is due to wear, accidental damage, or another non-fault-related cause, a return delivery charge of $24.95 will apply.
The warranty does not cover the loss of an item, or damage caused by accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper use.
Any repairs not performed by Ashes with Art will void the warranty, regardless of whether damage was caused by the repair or attempted repair.

Return & Refund Policy
Non-Handmade Items
You may return unused, non-handmade items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Handmade & Personalized Items
As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for handmade items.
If you change your mind about your order, we can only offer you a refund if you cancel your order before it goes into production. Once your item is in production, we cannot cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact the Ashes With Art team on (862) 762-2030.
If the item you receive is faulty or does not match your order (e.g. incorrect design or material), we will rectify the issue by repairing or replacing the item.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it by calling (862) 762-2030 or emailing hello@asheswithart.com . We will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection and repair/replacement.
Return Shipping
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
